Spread the Local Love for Small Business Saturday in Marina del Rey

While we all love shopping at big box retail or grabbing a bite at trendy chain restaurants now and then, there’s a certain caliber of coolness that comes with backing small local businesses. And this Saturday (November 24th) — “Small Business Saturday®” to be exact—is the day to make the most of it and give love some love to our local favorites. We have a ton of small businesses in and around Marina del Rey that accommodate just about any craving, doodad or want you could possibly have. Massage? Check. Amazing meals? Oh heck yeah. Shopping? Of course! Here are just some of the most awesome indie shops, services and restaurants to patronize this weekend (and all year long).

Our town is overflowing with Marina-centric restaurants that deliver on views, atmosphere and of course deliciousness. Just a handful of the tried-and-true faves are places like Tony P’s, Café del Rey, The Warehouse, The Marina del Rey Hotel’s SALT, Sapori, and good ole’ Whiskey Red’s. Hit them up this Saturday for a fabulous lunch, brunch or dinner.

MAC’s Beach Boot Camp is a favorite on the Westside and Marina del Rey just happens to be its home base. Sign up for a $22 individual class and join your fellow workout devotees at Mother’s Beach for a fun, intensive workout, starting at  7am sharp on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We know, the action sadly isn’t happening ON Small Business Saturday… but Friday is close enough, so get busy at the Marina-centric boot camp!
